Privacy Policy

Last Updated: September 3, 2026

BioFlo.in (“BioFlo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use BioFlo websites, applications, and services, including the cPanel Manager Android application.

By using our services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

BioFlo is designed to minimize the collection of personal information necessary to provide its services.

Depending on how you use the application, the following information may be processed:

cPanel account information

When you configure a cPanel account in cPanel Manager, the application may process information required to connect to your hosting account, such as:

  • cPanel account username
  • cPanel server hostname or address
  • cPanel API credentials, API tokens, or authentication information
  • Port and connection configuration
  • Information returned by the cPanel API

This information is used solely to provide the hosting-management functionality requested by you.

Website and hosting information

The application may access information from your cPanel account, including:

  • Domains and subdomains
  • Website configuration
  • SSL/TLS certificate information
  • Email account information
  • DNS records
  • Database information
  • File and directory information
  • Hosting resource statistics
  • Bandwidth and storage information
  • Other information made available through the cPanel APIs you choose to use

The application only requests information necessary for the functionality you initiate.

Device information

BioFlo may receive limited technical information automatically when the application operates, such as application version, Android version, device type, and technical diagnostic information.

We do not use this information to identify you personally unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. How We Use Information

Information processed by BioFlo may be used to:

  • Connect the application to your cPanel account.
  • Execute hosting-management operations requested by you.
  • Display information retrieved from your hosting provider.
  • Manage domains, SSL certificates, DNS, email, databases, files, and other supported cPanel functions.
  • Maintain and improve application reliability.
  • Diagnose technical problems and security issues.
  • Prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized use where necessary.

BioFlo does not collect your personal information.

3. cPanel Credentials and API Tokens

Your hosting credentials are particularly sensitive.

Where credentials or API tokens are stored by the application, BioFlo uses them only to authenticate requests to the cPanel server you configure.

You should create credentials with the minimum permissions necessary for the functions you intend to use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your cPanel credentials and for selecting an appropriate hosting provider and authentication method.

BioFlo does not require you to provide your cPanel password if your hosting provider supports API tokens or other authentication mechanisms.

4. Data Storage

The application may store account configuration and authentication information locally on your Android device so that you do not need to repeatedly configure your hosting account.

Where sensitive credentials are stored locally, the application is designed to use appropriate Android security mechanisms available to it.

Unless explicitly stated in the application or another BioFlo service’s privacy documentation, BioFlo does not require your cPanel credentials to be uploaded to BioFlo servers merely for the application to connect to your hosting account.

5. Data Transmission

When you use cPanel Manager, information may be transmitted directly between the application and the cPanel server configured by you.

The information transmitted depends on the operation you perform.

For example, requesting domain information may cause the application to send an API request to your cPanel server and receive the corresponding domain information.

BioFlo does not control the privacy or security practices of your hosting provider. You should review the privacy and security policies of the hosting provider operating your cPanel server.

6. Third-Party Services

BioFlo may use third-party services where necessary to operate, distribute, secure, or improve its applications and websites.

Such services may include infrastructure, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, application distribution, or other technical service providers.

Third-party services are only provided with information necessary for their respective functions, subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.

BioFlo does not sell user data to third parties.

If the data practices of the application materially change because of a new third-party service, this Privacy Policy will be updated where appropriate.

7. Analytics and Advertising

BioFlo aims to keep its applications free from unnecessary tracking and advertising.

The cPanel Manager application is not designed to sell personal information or create advertising profiles based on your cPanel credentials or hosting data.

If advertising, analytics, or other tracking technologies are introduced in a future version, the relevant data practices will be disclosed and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

8. Data Retention

Information stored locally by the application generally remains on your device until you remove the account from the application, clear the application’s data, or uninstall the application.

Information transmitted to your cPanel server is subject to the retention policies of your hosting provider.

BioFlo retains information received through its own services only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide the requested service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

9. Data Deletion

You can remove locally stored cPanel accounts and associated credentials through the application where the relevant functionality is provided.

You may also delete the application’s locally stored data through Android’s application settings or by uninstalling the application.

If you have an account with a BioFlo service that stores personal information on BioFlo-controlled systems, you may request deletion of that information by contacting us using the contact information below.

Certain information may need to be retained where required by law, for security purposes, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

10. Security

BioFlo takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

However, no software, network, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for using secure authentication credentials, keeping your Android device secure, and protecting access to your cPanel account.

11. Children’s Privacy

BioFlo’s services are not directed toward children under the age required by applicable law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing our services.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to BioFlo, please contact us so that appropriate action can be taken.

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of personal information.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.

13. International Data Transfers

BioFlo may use service providers or infrastructure located in countries other than your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, or legal requirements change.
